Users' data is processed in pseudonymised form within Google marketing services. This means that Google does not store and process e.g. the names or e-mail addresses of users, but processes the relevant data in relation to the cookies within pseudonymised user profiles. This means that, from Google's point of view, the ads are not managed and displayed for a specific person, but for the cookie holder, regardless of who this cookie holder is. Information sharingMatchmaking will ONLY share your information with the organisers of the event. Any changes in your personal or demographic information may be forwarded to the organisers and their registration systems to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
Confirmed contacts will receive your contact details shortly before the show in order to be able to contact you during the event.
